Help using the Pennine Tea and Coffee Store

Please click on the category you are interested in on the left, this will then open up a list of sub categories, click on one of these to see products in the category. Click on the products to see more information and choose to buy. After opening a category, you might have to scroll down the window to see the items in that category.

To make our store easier to navigate, we have split it into sub stores so you can now view Commercial catering equipment in our equipment store which includes Filter coffee machines, espresso coffee machines, bean to cup coffee machines, hot water boilers, Kenco singles machines, Blendted Blenders and Dinkum milkshake machines. For the ingredients to put in them, you can visit Commercial catering ingredients where you can browse for filter coffee sachets, espresso coffee beans, milkshake mixes, frappe and smoothie mixes, syrups, milk portions, hot chocolate sachets and all our other ingredients. To serve your drinks take out you will need our Commercial catering disposables for take out hot paper cups, four cup carry out trays, carry handle bags, stirrers, smoothie cups and spoon straws. If you need accessories for your equipment, then visit our Commercial catering hardware where you can find frothing jugs, thermometers, cups and saucers, ISI cream whippers and other hardware items.

You can move between these stores by clicking the tabs at the top left of the page, you can add products to your cart in any store and checkout from any store. So for example you can add a Bravilor Novo filter coffee machine to your cart in the equipment store, add a box of Filter Coffee to your cart in the ingredients store and then check out through the ingredient store with all products

We have tried to organise products into sensible categories, but if you are having trouble finding a particular product - Try search, either for a brand name or product type - if it's in the shop search will tell you!

You can use the shop to create your own personal price list, on each product you would like a price for click BUY, then when you have enough click CHECKOUT where you will receive a list of all the products including case size and price which you can print for your records. It is only at this point that you can then proceed to order, by selecting a payment method (Account, Credit Cards, Call back for payment)

If you wish to add products to the shopping cart you must have cookies enabled (in Internet Explorer click TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the PRIVACY tab and set it to MEDIUM. If you wish to keep you privacy setting use the option to just allow cookies from www.pennineteaandcoffee.co.uk). We do not store information about you in cookies, but your shopping cart is stored in them which means if you loose your session or close the browser, when you return to the shop your cart will still have the products you selected in it.

Your browser limits the number of cookies that can be stored on your computer from one domain, which means our cart can only hold 17 different products per order, if you exceed this amount you will be asked to proceed to checkout. If you wish to purchase more products then proceed through payment with your first 17 products then return to cart and remove the current product list. order the next batch and then in the payment section choose call me back and enter enough information for us to link the two orders.

While selecting products you can see the products you have already chosen in the Cart, and either remove any you do not require or increase/decrease the number of each product you require.
