Ethiopian Sidamo Grade 2
The Ethiopian Sidamo Grade 2 is a washed Ethiopian coffee and is very well known within Europe where it is used singularly for its medium to good body, distinct winey nature and clean full finish. This coffee is not as nutty or wild in flavor as the Moka Gr. 4 but has a more refined toned down cup characteristic.
